Proud of a search you did in CINAHL? You can share your search history (the steps of how you did the search) with others by printing, emailing, or saving it! Here’s how you can do that:
- Add the citations you want to your folder.
- Go up to the Folder icon towards the top of the page.
- You will see icons for printing, saving, emailing, and exporting. Select your citations.
- Click on the printing, saving, or emailing icon. The Export icon will allow you to export your citations into RefWorks.
- On the right side of the screen, make sure Current Search History is selected. Then finish printing, emailing, or saving your citations.


Don’t want to redo your search? After finishing your search, click on the Alert/Save/Share link which is located above your search on the main search screen.

Click on the Add Search to Folder link. Make sure you have an account in CINAHL that you can save searches and citations to your folder. It will be under the section, Persistent Links to Searches.
