New Government Dataset Website

UIC Library now has subscriptions to AccessAnesthesiology and AccessEmergencyMedicine.
AccessAnesthesiology includes the following features:

Textbooks such as Clinical Anesthesiology by Morgan and Anesthesiology by Longnecker
Calculators
Drug Monographs
Self Assessment Tests with over 1,800 questions

AccessEmergencyMedicine includes the following features:

Textbook such as Tintinalli’s Emergency Medicine and Atlas of Emergency Medicine.

UIC Library at Printers Row Lit Fest June 6-7

Two New UIC Library Resources

UIC Library has subscribed to two new resources, one geared towards nursing while the other one is a point-of-care tool.  Both resources will be added to the Research Guides.

New Web site pages for electronic resources and health sciences gateway

The UIC Library is changing four frequently-consulted Web pages from lists to research guides. Effective May 15, the Library Web site will be updated with the new links, and redirects will forward users from the older pages to the new pages.
