UIC Library now has available the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions. It explains the methodology behind the reviews and how they are maintained. The Illinois Hospital Association conducted a survey of how Illinois hospitals have been affected by the recession. Some noteworthy statistics from the report:
