Electronic research guides are subject-based guides that provide streamlined access to databases, books, tutorials, and Web sites. UIC librarians are developing these research guides for several disciplines including ethnic studies, forensic science, LGBT health, political science, and art and design, as well as for specific courses.

The American Organization of Nurse Executives, a subsidiary of the AHA, and the American College of Physician Executives are collaborating on improving nurse-physician relationships. Web-based classes, articles, and sample policies can be found on both organizations’ websites. Topics covered include disruptive physician behavior contributing to the nursing shortage and managing physicians with disruptive behavior.
