  1. After doing your search in the catalog, select the records you want.
  2. In the box labeled Print or Email at the bottom of the page, go to the Which Records section. Select either all in this page or selected, all pages.
  3. In box labeled Print or Email at the bottom of the page, select format (full record or brief record).
  4. Click print/save. The screen will change. You will see a list of your records.
  5. Go up to file in your browser then select save page as to your desktop. You can change the name if you want to.
  6. Login to RefWork.
  7. Click on the References tab, select Import.
