I was just added to the nursing faculty listserv and saw an email about this report:
“The American Nurses Association (ANA), the National Quality Forum (NQF), along with representatives of 26 other major national health care organizations joined forces today by publicly releasing its report, Aligning Our Efforts To Transform America’s Healthcare Goals designed to set national priorities and goals to achieve a high-performing, health care system delivering quality care to all.”
I saw this on the AHA News Now:
The CDC updated the Guideline for Disinfection and Sterilization in Healthcare Facilities, 2008 which is its first update since 1985.
