The UIC library builds Web 2.0 resources for greater access to resources
The UIC Library has built several useful tools into external Websites like Google Scholar, Facebook and Del.icio.us. Here are instructions on how to implement them:
1. LibX
LibX is a widget that allows you to search UICCAT from anywhere on the web. You just place it into your browser toolbar and voila!

2. Goolge Scholar (scholar.google.com)
Set your Google Scholar preferences to link to UIC journal article holdings. There is an option to choose the library holdings you wish to find with your scholar search. In order to link any article or book results from your Google Scholar search to our holdings, select University of Illinois at Chicago.
3. del.icio.us
A del.icio.us page of helpful research bookmarks is currently under development. As of April 4th, there are 34 bookmarks, and it is growing everyday. http://del.icio.us/uiclibrarian .
4. Add the UIC Library search application to your Facebook page:
