We’ve launched a new Derm Expert tool designed to help clinicians diagnose dermatological conditions utilizing a series of simple steps! The tool contains hundreds of images, along with clear guidelines, to help clinicians quickly and easily identify the right diagnosis. Derm Expert is now available for the PDA and Web versions.

Essential Evidence Plus
Starting on January 1, 2008, InfoRetriever with InfoPOEMs will be renamed Essential Evidence Plus. Essential Evidence Plus will continue to feature InfoPOEMs, the highly-regarded daily EBM content alerting service, and the robust EBM search application formerly known as InfoRetriever. The incorporation of two new content resources-EBM Guidelines and e-Essential Evidence-will augment existing product features. These new resources will include:
- EBM Guidelines - 1000 practice guidelines, 3000+ Evidence-Graded Summaries and 950+ high quality photographs
- e-Essential Evidence (available Spring 2008) - 800 brand new topics designed to provide evidence-based answers to your most important clinical questions
