The library has acquired several new Playaway titles. Playaways are self-contained audio books that can be checked out for three weeks. AccessScience is now available to provide UIC users with access to all the articles, fully illustrated, from the latest edition of the McGraw-Hill Encyclopedia of Science & Technology. In print, this encyclopedia has 20 volumes; the online encyclopedia also includes frequent updates and supplemental data.
